My transformation
One year of pictures to document my 112 lbs of weight loss. Yes, I had surgery, but I worked very hard with exercising 4-5 times a week and by changing my eating habits to achieve optimal results. I didn't take the easy way out, this is the hardest thing I've ever done and by the grace of God, I am reaching my goal. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
